Please download our house contract and sign it. Your spot is officially reserved once we receive your contract, security deposit, activity fee and supplies fee. Signed contracts must be mailed to:

Rates

Along with your signed contract, please mail a check payable to “Relevance” for the $200 damage deposit, $100 activity fee, and $75 supplies fee. These can be combined into the same check.
